Alexandra Pohl
Alexandra Pohl is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Slate Blue Capital, the multi-strategy private markets platform she established in 2024 around a single discipline: compounding durable capital across real assets, credit, and adjacent private markets. She sets the firm's investment philosophy, leads capital formation, and chairs the Investment Committee that governs deployment across every strategy on the platform.
Under her leadership, the firm consolidated a fragmented book of overlapping strategies into a smaller set of integrated platform funds, reducing vehicle count while concentrating capital in scaled, institutional-quality funds purpose-built for long-duration ownership. The result is a focused platform of $94.724 billion in firm capital across 30 fund vehicles, overseeing 24 portfolio companies deployed across 655 underlying vehicles, and a balance sheet engineered for compounding rather than turnover.
Alexandra works directly with operating partners across energy and digital infrastructure, housing, senior living, real estate credit, hospitality, commercial real estate, property services, and consumer brands. Her approach pairs the patience of an owner with the precision of an underwriter, anchored by conservative assumptions, real collateral, and transparent governance, and held to a standard in which every dollar of capital must earn its place in the portfolio.
She also directs the firm's commitment to conservation through WolfHaven, the planned nonprofit animal sanctuary sponsored by Slate Blue Capital, reflecting a view of stewardship in which capital, institutions, and the living world are managed to the same standard and on the same long horizon.

Suebina Wong
Suebina Wong is Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer of Slate Blue Capital. Her career is built on a single discipline: converting complex, multi-source signal into decisive action, and building the operating systems that let high-performing teams move quickly and precisely.
She spent twelve years in the United States Intelligence Community, including six years on active duty in the United States Army as a Senior SIGINT Geospatial Analyst and mission team lead supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation New Dawn, Operation Enduring Freedom, and the Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan. In that environment she translated ambiguous data into actionable plans under operational pressure, and went on to train more than one thousand intelligence professionals across the U.S. Government in the disciplines that turn raw information into decisive action.
She carried that same rigor into commercial markets, where she was ranked among the top real estate agents nationwide for five consecutive years, leading acquisitions, market entry, and asset repositioning across the country's most competitive metropolitan markets.
At Slate Blue Capital, Suebina partners directly with the Founder and CEO to drive firm-wide priorities, cross-functional execution, and the operating cadence of the platform. She owns the rhythm of the Investment Committee, governance councils, and senior leadership operations, oversees executive priorities, internal communications, and the founder's office, and serves as the connective layer between the Office of the CEO, the executive team, regional offices, and portfolio company leadership.
