Built for institutional capital.
Slate Blue Capital partners with long-horizon investors who value disciplined underwriting, transparent governance, and durable income.
Who we serve
We work with institutional investors seeking durable, real-asset and credit exposure with the patience to let capital compound. Our consolidated platform funds offer scaled, institutional-quality access across energy and digital infrastructure, housing, senior living, real estate credit, hospitality, commercial real estate, property services, and consumer brands.
Each fund is structured as a Delaware limited partnership with terms calibrated to its strategy, governed by an investment committee and supported by independent audit and counsel. We align through meaningful general partner commitments, transparent reporting, and co-investment access for anchor partners.

Legal entity and tax structure.
Slate Blue Capital operates a Delaware-anchored master-feeder fund architecture designed to accommodate U.S. taxable, U.S. tax-exempt, and non-U.S. limited partners. A Delaware general partner and a Delaware investment adviser direct capital through onshore and offshore feeders into a Cayman master fund. Portfolio companies sit under Delaware holding companies with operating, property, and general partner entities as appropriate.
Full detail on legal entity names, fund vehicles, banking and treasury relationships, service providers, and tax considerations is provided in the firm's Due Diligence Questionnaire and the relevant private placement memorandum for each fund. These materials are available to qualified institutional investors through the LP Portal under non-disclosure protections.
