Digital infrastructure is the physical backbone of the modern economy, and demand for compute, storage, and connectivity continues to outpace available capacity. We back operators who build and manage energy-efficient data centers and own the towers, in-building systems, and network assets that carry the traffic. These are capital-intensive, long-lived assets with high switching costs and contracted tenancy, which produces resilient income across cycles. We favor disciplined site selection, power access, and multi-tenant economics over speculative buildout. Concentration is managed through diversified tenancy and staged deployment of committed capital.
